Phoebe T M Chow is currently the Director of Music at All Saints' Church Orpington, London, having previously held positions and scholarships at many London churches and Guildford Cathedral.  She held the position of Assistant Director of Music at Saints Fin Bare's Cathedral, Cork from 2017-2019 where she accompanied the choir and trained local school choirs.  She was a frequent guest performer at the International Cork Choral Festival and has made a number of appearances on the Irish National Television with the Cathedral Choir.

She is an associate of the Royal College of Organist and graduated from the Royal College of Music in 2015, and was awarded the Walford Davies Organ Prize and the Flentrop Scholarship.  In 2012, she was awarded the 3rd Prize in the Glasgow Society of Organists Centenary Organ Competition. 

Phoebe has performed in many prestigious venues in the UK and in mainland Europe such as Bristol Cathedral, Truro Cathedral, and Messina Cathedral, Italy.
