RED PROGRAMME:

Reel Rock: Riders on the Storm | 27 minutes
Riders on the Storm is considered a crown jewel of big wall climbing in Patagonia: a 1,300m line with 41 pitches, attempted by countless teams over the last 33 years with no success. Enter three Belgian big-wall climbers who endure 18 days of howling snowstorms, frozen feet and gnarly runouts in their bid to make a long-coveted alpine first ascent of the elusive route.

Gabon Uncharted | 28 minutes
Four elite kayakers take on a 12-day descent of the remote Ivindo River in Gabon, Central Africa. Battling towering waterfalls, treacherous rapids and dense jungle, this is a high-stakes adventure revealing the gritty reality behind the veneer of social media. With breathtaking drone footage, Gabon Unchartered is a story of friendship, teamwork and passion.

The Finisher | 47 minutes
The extraordinary story of British runner Jasmin Paris and her groundbreaking completion of the Barkley Marathons, a race known for its extreme difficulty, cryptic rules and unpredictable conditions. Only a handful of runners had ever completed the course, and never any women. The Finisher chronicles Jasmin’s three-year journey of preparation, and brutal scenes from the race itself, in this monumental achievement.

Mandala | 6 minutes
A spellbinding mountain bike journey through Nepal, from the bustling streets of Kathmandu to the dizzying ridgelines and timeless villages of the remote Dolpo region. Starring legendary French mountain biker Kilian Bron, Mandala blends adventure, reflection and human connection, capturing the essence of exploration in one of the world’s most secluded valleys.

Emil & Karl: Little Wheels, Big Mountains | 23 minutes
Two adventurous dads set out on a six-day mountain bike tour through the Swiss Alps, with their two-and-a-half-year-old sons as co-pilots. With challenges including brutally steep climbs and a search for croissants in the Swiss backcountry, the journey is a lesson in spontaneity, optimism and navigating toddler needs in extreme conditions. An authentic and heartwarming insight into what’s possible when you shift your expectations.
