Change, Act! Free Theatre Workshops

Change, Act! Theatre invite anyone living in Islington who identifies as having a Long Term Health Condition to attend their Open co-creation sessions at 1pm and 2:30pm on Tuesday 14th February 2023 to find out more about the Legislative Theatre project we will be running, give feedback on our ideas and co-create some of the content. No previous experience is necessary.

This is ahead of their 7-part Legislative Theatre project where participants will have the opportunity to learn new dramatic skills and theatre making techniques based around the work of Augusto Boal. Through the course of the sessions the group will create a play based on collective experiences which will then be shown to an audience including policy makers who can then choose to make changes that could positively effect the community.

We believe that Theatre Changes Minds!  

We also welcome enquiries from support workers and carers who are very welcome at the sessions.
