Join us at the Union Chapel for a night of the best stand up comedy, in aid of the PDA Society.

Like your favourite holiday destination that feels like home only better and still  gets referred to as Britain’s best kept secret despite it actually being quite popular – not too touristy and overcrowded, with reasonably priced ice creams and all dietary requirements catered for in every restaurant, plus a temperate climate year round and only rains on the days when you were planning an indoor activity anyway – DANIEL KITSON returns to the Union Chapel to host the evenings proceedings. Will he behave and bring the show in by the strict curfew? Of course he will. But there will be moments when nobody is quite sure how he’ll manage it.

Like your favourite bar of chocolate with a really satisfying mouth feel that somehow manages to help you work, rest and play whilst being surprisingly low in calories and also vegan and gluten free, everyone’s favourite cutiepie LOU SANDERS is getting her skates back on as she kicks off her Tonya Harding inspired revenge tour to address the injustices she endured whilst Dancing on Ice.

Like your favourite cocktail that transports you back to that perfect holiday which is probably in your top three favourite things that you’ve ever experienced (definitely top five) and you can still picture the flirty waiter/waitress (delete as appropriate) winking at you as they present an elegant glass containing only the finest ingredients, the first sip of which absolutely blows your flipping socks off, KATHERINE RYAN joins us at the chapel to make the evening at least 100% classier than it already was. And it was already pretty classy.

Like your favourite childhood pet that followed you to school one day and caused absolute chaos in the playground then somehow found its way into your maths class and solved a seemingly impossible equation your teacher had put up on the board like Matt Damon did in Good Will Hunting, TOM ROSENTHAL dons his dinner lady costume to serve up a lovely portion of comedy crimble crumble.

Like your favourite ordinary teddy bear who, when he was made, they found something wrong with and threw away like a piece of rubbish into an old, dark store room - then from outer space a spotty man brought him to life with his cosmic dust and took him to a cloud where Mother Nature gave him special powers, JOHN KEARNS promises to keep you safe from Texas Pete, Skeleton, and Bulk for the duration of the evening despite probably being too young to get the reference himself.

Like your favourite British actor slash comedian that suddenly became one of the biggest names in the world after writing and starring in a show about football and then went on to be cast as Hercules in the Marvel Cinematic Universe meaning there’s probably very little chance of him ever appearing on Taskmaster, BRETT GOLDSTEIN makes a rare stand up appearance before jetting back off to Hollywood probably to be in a new Muppets movie or something.

Like your favourite tv show that’s able to provoke an incensed tirade from a vocal minority who haven’t even bothered to watch it, modern day court jester NISH KUMAR is unrelenting, unapologetic and under no misapprehension that there are some people who just wish comedy would go back to how it used to be before political correctness went mad. ‘Like trying to dribble around a collapsed star’ - Elis James, BBC Radio 5 Live.

Like your favourite jumper that always fits like a dream, is incredibly comfortable and gets you compliments from strangers in the street every time you wear it without fail because of how fabulous it makes you look, finally - the most electrifying woman in stand-up comedy - SIKISA has come back to the Union Chapel. Brace yourself for the People’s Elbow and a Rock Bottom or two as she lays the smackdown on us all.
